Shipping Policy

Majestic Mountain Coffee is committed to freshness. That's why we ship coffee, tea and other items the next business day after you place an order. If you order an item that is not in stock, we will notify you of the delay as soon as we receive your order.

We ship all retail orders via USPS Priority Mail, which generally arrives 2-3 days after shipment. Wholesale orders are generally shipped via UPS Ground. Return Policy

If any Majestic Mountain Coffee product fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product, including shipping. We strive to provide excellent Customer Service, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you're satisfied.

Should you feel the need to return an item, please contact Customer Service first and we will arrange for return shipping at no cost to you. Please do not return coffee, tea or food items. To help you choose coffees that suit your taste, we've rated each Majestic Mountain coffee on four primary characteristics.

Aroma: The first impression of smell and taste, from mild and delicate to complex and intense.

Body: The perceived weight, fullness and texture of a coffee in the mouth. Body is described as thin, light, medium, full or heavy.

Acidity: Coffees with higher acidity have a sharp, lively flavor, while varieties with lower acidity are smoother and more mellow.

Flavor: The combined impression of aromatics,
smell and taste once the coffee is actually in the
mouth.
